In Case the purchaser(s)find any defect with the agreement the purchaser can rescind/cancel the agreement within seven days of signing the agreement by giving written notice to the company by registered post at its Corporate Offices. In the event of purchaser giving the notice with in seven days the deposit money will be refunded after deduction of 40% on paid amount after 45 days from the receipt of cancellation request/letters. If no information is received within seven days of signing the agreement it will be presumed that the terms & conditions of the agreement are acceptable to the purchaser and that if the purchaser rescinds the contract then all the money deposited by the purchaser will be forfeited and no amount will be refunded to the purchaser.
